Making an Appointment with me:

If you would like to contact me or make an appointment, please use the contact information below or contact form:

Please Note!

The service I offer is not suitable for emergency needs. If you feel distressed, in a state of despair or suicidal please contact your G.P., your local Accident and Emergency Department, NHS 24: Telephone: 111 or contact a service which can offer you immediate support.

If I do not answer your call you can leave a message on my voice mail or alternatively, you can email me, or use the online contact form and I will get back to you as soon as possible. If you require me to phone at specific times, please indicate this in your message. Please note that I usually would not respond over a weekend.

Our first meeting is usually an information gathering time, an opportunity for us to explore your situation and think together about whether further sessions with me will be the most helpful for you. If we agree to continue meeting, we would usually contract initially for 8 sessions then review.

My working days: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday. 9am – 6.30pm last appointment.

I look forward to hearing from you and meeting with you.
