Working in a Small Group

A Therapy group provides a safe confidential space where we can meet and learn to share and support each other. In some friendships and relationships we don’t always communicate on a level that fully expresses our emotional world and a supportive group can be a place to experiment with discovering how to be who we fully are and what we want out of life. We will take time to create an environment that feels a safe, accepting and nurturing place to be.

Group work provides a great opportunity to challenge yourself and make potential friendships, learn to receive encouragement from other group members and in turn for you to offer the same.

Working in a group brings diversity; people come with various backgrounds and life experiences which can help us to celebrate difference and uniqueness and the importance of how each of us contribute in our own particular way.
