Perfectly Flawed Therapeutic Group

Would you like to be part of a small therapeutic group of no more than 8 persons that will run for 6

weekends throughout 2022?

Do you have a script that runs in the background that holds you back in life by convincing you that

you are not good enough, not smart enough, not got anything valuable to contribute, that you are

too much of this or not enough of that?

It may seem odd to consider, but those inner critical voices are more often driven by fear and are

trying to protect us. Our work in our small group will be to understand how their contribution served

us at some point in our lives and how we might find ways to quieten our self-recriminations and

build a more friendly and empathic internal environment for our self.

We will do this by creating a safe environment together where we can experiment with Meditations

and other exercises to promote reflective sharing. The weekends are not designed to stand alone

but to build on the last so that we have time to learn and explore the idea of new possibilities and

choices for ourselves within the small community we create over our time together.

Each Weekend will run from the Friday evening and all day Saturday and will include all

refreshments, snacks and a lunch on the Saturday.

Friday Evenings: 4.30-7.30pm Saturday: 9.30 – 4.30pm

Dates: Workshops will start in April through to September 2022, taking in a weekend in each month.

Total cost. £720 can be paid in 3 instalments if preferred.
